“I’m 74 years old.  I’ve been out here as long as I can remember.  When you’re ‘nobody’, people don’t care who you are or what you have to say.  People only care if you’re ‘somebody’ and the only way to be somebody is to have money.

I’m a born-again Christian.  I study my Bible everyday.  Most people say they have faith in Jesus but that’s a lie.  If you really read the bible and have real faith, you’d act differently.  I’ve lost faith in people. If Jesus was alive today, he would be disgusted with the way people treat each other.

The homeless are the most mis-treated of all the groups out there.  I have no faith and no hope at this point for anything to change.”
